Payment is required in advance of shipping. Payment must settle and be confirmed before shipment can be released. This can take up to 72 hours or more depending on payment type.

Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving in order.
Where indicated our product is physically inspected, tested and returned to Factory Image. You will have 14 days to inspect and test the items for any defective units. Our workshop conducts thorough testing and assessment, so if by chance you get a defective product, we will replace first if possible or give an in house credit if replacement is unavailable. Where goods are stated to be ‘As Is’ there is no return policy for defective units.
